• You are the designated "content creator" and "publisher" of anything you generate using our services
• You assume ALL legal and financial liability for any consequences arising from your created content
• You agree that EZPZAI.com has no role in your content creation decisions or processes
• You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for ensuring the legality of your content

3.2 Content Ownership and Responsibility
• You retain ownership of content you create or upload
• You bear FULL responsibility for verifying your right to use any uploaded content
• You are solely responsible for protecting your intellectual property rights
• EZPZAI.com claims no ownership over your generated content
• You are solely responsible for backing up your content

3.3 Legal Compliance and Enforcement
• You are EXCLUSIVELY responsible for ensuring ALL your activities comply with ALL applicable laws
• We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for illegal activities
• We will immediately report ANY detected illegal content to law enforcement
• We will fully cooperate with authorities and provide ALL relevant user information
• We will terminate accounts involved in illegal activities without notice
• We preserve evidence of violations for law enforcement purposes
• We may share your information with authorities if illegal activity is suspected

3.4 Prohibited Activities and Content
You agree not to use our services to create, generate, or upload:
• ANY illegal content or materials whatsoever
• Content violating ANY laws (local, state, national, or international)

• Discriminatory or hateful content
