Service Credits and Payments

At EZPZ AI, all purchases are for digital service credits that are activated immediately upon payment. Due to the instant-access nature of our AI services and digital credit system:

  • All sales are final
  • Credits cannot be refunded once purchased
  • Credits cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash
  • Unused credits expire as per subscription terms

  • Credits are activated immediately upon purchase
  • Services are considered used once credits are allocated

Exceptions

We may consider refunds only in the following rare circumstances:

  • Technical errors resulting in duplicate charges
  • Service unavailability exceeding 48 hours
  • Unauthorized transactions (with documentation)

If you notice unauthorized charges:

  • Provide transaction details
  • Include any relevant documentation
  • Report unauthorized charges to your payment provider

Cancellation Policy

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time
  • No refunds for partial months/periods
  • Remaining credits expire upon cancellation
  • Service continues until the end of paid period
