Service Credits and Payments
At EZPZ AI, all purchases are for digital service credits that are activated immediately upon payment. Due to the instant-access nature of our AI services and digital credit system:
- All sales are final
- Credits cannot be refunded once purchased
- Credits cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash
- Unused credits expire as per subscription terms

Exceptions
We may consider refunds only in the following rare circumstances:
- Technical errors resulting in duplicate charges
- Service unavailability exceeding 48 hours
- Unauthorized transactions (with documentation)
Billing Disputes

- Provide transaction details
- Include any relevant documentation
- Report unauthorized charges to your payment provider
Cancellation Policy
- Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time
- No refunds for partial months/periods
- Remaining credits expire upon cancellation
- Service continues until the end of paid period
